Dear Parent
Please can you read these terms and conditions as the confirmation of your party is based on the information below.
1) If you are a smoker, please be considerate to the other children attending as they may not be used to a smoking environment and it may start off their asthma / coughing fits.
2) The safe arrival and departure of the children is the responsibility of the parents. Please make sure you know who will be taking each child home afterwards
3) Please ensure you get an emergency contact number for each parent when they drop their child off to the party
4) Food and drink will be supplied by yourselves. Please remember to ask the other parents if their child has any food allergies or special dietary requirements etc
5) Supervision of toilet breaks is your responsibility
6) If you have a pond etc or another dangerous area, please make sure that the area is supervised so that the children can’t get into it or hurt themselves.
7) Please remember to make sure that all your medication, bleach etc is in locked cabinets out of children’s reach
8) Breakages or accidents caused by myself or my assistant are covered by my Public Liability Insurance
9) Overall safety and behaviour of the children invited to your party will be your responsibility so you still need to supervise them!
These Terms and Conditions will also be printed off and sent to you along with the invites. Booking the party confirms these conditions.
